Hi folks,

Need some advice. Seems like everyone in my family wants to try vaping and they want me to help set them up.

I need something simple and easy, but that will be good enough to help them make the switch off analogs.
I'm looking at fastech..I'm thinking of an ego-twist, but I'm not sure what kind of atomizer..thinking a bcc tank..just not sure which one is best.

What would be the best to help them make the switch and yet be not to complicated for them..my mom especially needs something easy and reliable. Thanks!

They have decent ce clearomizer ego twist packages on the site. The Ce4 is a toss away and should last 2 weeks on usage. Ce4s and ce5 have replaceable atomizers. All you do is untwist and pop off the drip tip, tilt at angle, fill with juice, put tip back on. Probably one of easiest ones to use. Draw, flavor, and vapor production is probably the lightest out of every system I have tried, but it is also the least finicky. Just fill and vape. My girlfriend prefers them too out of my setups.

The hardest part of vaping is going to be what clearomizer, tank system, or carto to use along with juices. The eGo twist will be a great start up battery.....just tell them to keep the voltage around or below 3.8 as I find this to be the sweet spot on every setup and juice.

Face down in the gutter, USA
up to 50 dollars preferably...

Well your budget +/-$10 opens up several options, one thing to consider is that if they can work a twist theres a real good chance they could work a slightly more complicated mod.

One decent simpler, but still flexible option may be an iTaste VW, being Variable Wattage, its is essentially 'set it and forget it" for the most part, once you find your sweet spot. Self contained, so no messing with batteries/chargers, and you can use the extra in your budget to grab a PT 1.5 or other decent clearomizer.

$39.54 iTaste VW V3.0 7-in-1 Variable Voltage Rechargeable 800mAh Electronic Cigarettes Set - vv-3.0 at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

If theyre willing to get into replaceable batteries/chargers, you could consider an SVD or Vamo, both are decent VW units, that while full featured, are generally quite easy to get used to/operate.

$58.85 Vamo V3 Stainless Steel Variable Voltage E-Cigarette Mod Battery Compartment Set - with Nitecore I2 US battery charger / 2*Sony 18650 batteries at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

$37.21 INNOKIN iTaste SVD Telescoping Variable Voltage E-Cigarette Mod / Battery Compartment at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

I'll second the iTaste. At 50-60 per, you can get the kit and they'll have 4 clearos a piece.

If you get closer to the $50 side, I'd say a carto tank would be the simplest method for toppers. Or perhaps some MT3 BCC's.

And since the one posted is 39, you still have enough to get each of them 30ml+ of juice.

A pair of Egos--one larger, higher capacity variable voltage model or passthru (for home use) and a smaller 650 mah variable voltage model for on the go. A bcc tank like the mini protank 2 would work well with those.

If you can talk them into a mod, the SVD is my recommendation with high capacity panasonic batteries, charger and a protank2 or something similar.

If you can sell them on the box mod, the MVP2 is pretty rad and an outstanding value.

I agree...don't get complicated to start...KISS principle applies.

Good luck with quitting cigarettes!

Whether it is an eGo or any other battery, each of you will need at least two. If you ever find yourself having to wait for something to be charged, you'll find yourselves fighting the urge to have an analog.
It is best to get enough of everything (batts, cartos, juice, chargers, etc.) so you won't run out.

Although start up costs are high, even if each of you bought Provari full kits, it will be a lot cheaper than buying analogs. Once you have the main devices, you'll notice how much cheaper it is to vape vs. smoking.

Again, good luck!

you guys are awesome..thinking ego-twists for mom and sis...and SVD for step-dad..any preferences of evod vs ce4-5-6 type?

Evod for sure. If they smoke a good bit, maybe the MT3 instead. It's the same price and design as the Evod tank, but it holds (I think) 1ml more. Point it, same tank, same price, larger capacity.
