I'm a "mouth to lung" vaper. My favorite unit I own is the Innokin EZ Watt. Although it's a MTL device it produces a ton of vapour, so my high nic juices where too much much for it.
I'm actually using 6 mg with this device and it hits the spot for me. I used to vape at 18 mg.
My favorite tobacco flavoured juice is the Numrls N-1. It's a really smooth tobacco taste with hints of vanilla and cream.
This device can handle very thick juices and lasts me the full day.
It comes with 2 coils - - a 1.5 ohm coil that is meant to be used at the 13-14 watt range and the 0.8 ohm coil to be used at the 16-18 watt range.
Both coils have great taste. With the 1.5 ohm coil the draw is a little tighter than using the 0.8 ohm coil. I actually like both and can't decide which I like more.
Good luck.
M.

I am really happy with my minikin and freemax mesh tank setup. I have never known battery life like this before! Put these in before work last night. 2×3000 mah

I'm back, had to go on a last minute business trip a few weeks ago. A friend let me try his setup and I really liked it, except the size and weight of the actual box mod he had. It was a dual battery setup and thats all i know about it. The tank he uses is a limitless XL, which im a big fan of. The amount of vapor and the heat of it was exactly what I'm after.

Based off that, what would produce similar or better results? And I'm definitely after DTL style setup.

Thanks again everyone for all the great info, I'm still researching everything but I'm ready to actually order something!

Well, if that tank works for you maybe that's the way to go.

The mod isn't going to make a difference to the vape you get, so long as it puts out enough power for the tank and coil.

Personally I never go out with just one setup, in case one of them craps out when I'm away from home. Normally I use Picos for work. Single battery and small. They put out up to 75 watts. And they can be charged through USB. You can get a Pico for under $30 stateside. As you are able to charge at work a couple of Picos would get you through the longest day without having to carry extra batteries. And get a couple of those Limitless tanks, since you already know you like them.

That would be a simple foolproof way to get started. Once you got it figured out you could look at better gear, double battery mods or whatever.

Like someone said above, get several bottles of the same flavor with different nic percentages. You won't know what you need until you try it.

On the subject of flavor, some people want tobacco flavor, some people want anything but tobacco because they want to get as far away from cigs as possible. Like with tanks you won't know until you start doing it. Most folks change their flavor preferences over time anyway.
