Hello! I've been vaping for about 3 years now, and for the last two and a half I've been using this hearty trooper pictured below:

As you can tell, he's quite worn out. He's currently my only PV, and I've loved the chrome plating right off of him! This poor indulgence V2 has been through quite a bit with me, actually. My setup is a High Voltage one which uses 2 batteries (2x 16340's) coming up to around ~7.4 volts. Of course I've been living off two boxes of HV Atties I bought from eastmall well over 2 years ago. I've just about worn out all of them. I could buy some more if I wanted to...
But I want something more current with the times, and I guess maybe I want a bit of a crash course as well.. I've done a bit of browsing and it seems as though HV is not as prevalent as it was.. is this true? If so, should I resort to lower voltage vapes with low resistance setups? I'm sure these questions get tossed around quite a bit.
I know I've got a lot of catching up to do with the current state of E-ciggery, but I'd appreciate any help in trying to find me a more modern tubemod.
I'm not too certain about going down the VV path yet (fancy electronics that could be prone to breaking). I just want a sturdy device that isn't afraid of taking a few accidental beatings; one that will deliver the voluptuous, flavorful globs of vapor that i'm used to in my trusty Indulgence.
I've noticed the KTS Telescopic Storm, and i'm kind of gravitating towards that for it's style and adaptability (I oogled the GG TS back when I bought my indulgence), but i'm not sure how i'd go about setting that thing up for HV/LR style vaping, since the batteries it seems to take are just a single 3.7~v battery. Are there carto-tank things that are LR or something?

I need help finding a new e-cig similar to my indulgence with the following pros: Sturdy Build, Low Maitenance, HV (or LR, i guess?).
Somewhat particularily interested in KTS Telescopic Storm, but unsure about batteries..
Looking for info on cartomizer/tank... things? do they come in HV/LR styles?
I appreciate any help y'all can give me!
