Water is to hydrate your body, the temperature of the water makes no difference.
There are a whole slew of symptoms that can & do occur when a person quits smoking.

Best bet is to go see a doctor for professional diagnosis & treatment.
i have no money and I'm still a student and my family wont help me what my disease is :/

so whats your juice? is it 100% VG?

50/50. If this is a new thing that started with the vaping, try changing your juice - try high VG, high PG and different flavours. It's possible to be allergic to any of those. If it's something that's been going on since you were smoking, just give it some time.

You don't say where you're from, but in this country there are income based free clinics in almost every city.
Or, you could get a job even a part time would give you the opportunity to earn enough to pay for treatment.

but do u know anyone .. that after quit smoking their sinus is gone?

Sure lots of people, can take a few weeks to several months or more, each individual is different.

me everyday :( so whats your juice? is it 100% VG?

High Vg would probably be a bad idea for folks with sinus or respiratory issues. Many people get a heavy or tight chest up to difficulty breathing from high% VG.

i really need your help guys.. and those who experienced sinus please help me :(

None of us here are doctors, folks with medical issues need to consult with professionals for medical diagnosis & treatment.

Your time would be better spent finding a way to get medical help.

Odd you didn't respond to anything else I said.
Free or student clinic's, get a job, high % VG most likley wouldn't be a good idea, we aren't doctors.

Sinus doesn't say anything, we all have sinuses.
Infection, allergies, pressure, headache, congestion, stuffy nose, post nasal drip, itchy watery eyes? = Doctor.
Vaping isn't a cure for anything other than to quit/replace smoking.
The benefits that come from that vary with each individual.
You may not get any relief ever from a medical condition that needs to be treated by just quitting cigs & starting to vape.

Or, are you referring to sinus as it relates to the heart.

I had sinus problems when I was a smoker. Lots of sinus headaches. When I started vaping the headaches decreased but instead of clogged sinuses, I developed a constant runny nose for 6 to 8 weeks. I've been vaping for 3 years now and have fewer colds and little to no sinus issues.

As many have said, drinking more water, adjusting your pg/vg ratio and time may be all you need. If you have serious concerns, you need to see a medical professional.

Hydrate!

Drink lots of water, and keep the air in your home well humidified. Your sinus issues seem like allergies, compounded by toxins built up in your body from smoking, as well as becoming completely dried out from smoking as well. PG and VG are hygroscopic, and will dry your mucus membranes. Keep hydrated!

Your sinus issues, allergies not withstanding, will clear over time. Be well.
