Hi

It sounds like you do need to up the nic level. You might get bottles of 18mg and 24mg to see if it makes a difference. You don't have to vape the same strength all day. I keep higher ones around for the times I'm really craving like in the morning, after meals, etc. - whenever my "trigger times" are.

You might try a SLIGHTLY higher nic level just for those bad moments. Also some people have found Whole Tobacco Alkaloid juices solved the problem for them. Don't ask me where to find them I have not personally tried them but I am sure someone will be along shortly that knows.

For me I just had to find my right juice + delivery device. It was a combination of Taste + TH + smoke volume that sorted things. O just vaped through the rough spots and wouldn't let myself back down to an analog. Other people have a harder time. We are all different and nothing wrong with it.

Focus on the cigs you didn't smoke rather than the ones you have.

Vape On!

I can't speak for either of those devices as I have not used them. I like my CE5s, my protank is airy so that might not be good for you, the thing that I just found out works best for me is my carto tank. I picked up a cheap Boge F17 just to see if I liked it and haven't touched anything else since it arrived yesterday. The vape is THAT good.

It does sounds like a bit of a bump up in nic level might help you. I smoked the same as you and found that 18 did the trick for me. Also I did smoke at first and just slowly cut the analogs out over time for myself.

MBV is nice that you won't need to break the bank to try out some higher level juices. I also found trying something close to what I was smoking (which was menthol so I'm not sure what would be close for non menthol) and having another very different flavor helped. Ones that tasted too close actually made me want an analog, but I still sometimes needed that closeness in taste.

I hope this helps.

You've taken the first step though and that's already a win.

ECBlend is also a good vender for inexpensive juice to try. I use them all the time and like the customizing options. They have a standing 20% off coupon: "10020"

ETA: One thing I did in the beginning was when I found a juice I liked I got the same flavor in 3 different strengths to compare.

I was lucky enough to find a menthol juice that was very close taste wise to the analogs I used to smoke. I still use that for that first cig of the morning moment though now at a month+ I find I don't vape it outside that morning moment now. It is almost too much.
