HELP! MVP2.0 doesnt allow tanks to screw in

My protank +MVP2.0 (beauty cone and all) was in my pocket, I reach in and realize it's in two pieces and now no atomizers,tanks, and other post only (non ego cone) style cartos/clearos screw into it and the 510-510 adapter doesnt even screw it just moves in circles
HELP!
my IGOW-3 still screws in though?
they fit on other batteries though..

sounds like you stripped the screws on the base
