Hi guys,

As some of you already know I've been passing the word around about vaping and have a few friends that already purchased kits and are really liking their experiences thus far. I have a co-worker that has been asking me questions about my Tornado, so I gave him a few websites to check out including this one, which was the most important, I pointed out.

Today at work he pulls out a nice leather case holding 2 ecigs that he said he bought from a local dealer. I fear that he didn't even check out this website and hastily made a purchase, much like I first did with my blu's. They are some type of njoy model, a rather big one, kind of looks like a DSE 801 but I'm not even sure Njoy makes that model of ecig. Since I know nothing about the Njoy and have read some pretty bad reviews about them, I was wondering if more experienced ECF'ers could chime in with some info (good or bad) on his first purchase. I'll show him all of the replies when I see him at work with my iPhone. Off to bed now (it's already 7 a.m.,), thanks ahead of time!

Kui

He did ok (expensive, but ok)! Sounds like the NJoy Penstyle??
NCIG Electronic Cigarettes, Cartridges and Carrying Pouch ? NJOY Electronic Cigarettes

If so, it is compatible with the other penstyle atomizers and batteries. He can buy RN4072, BE112, 302 (by Joye and Boge), DSE801 replacement parts.

I started with a penstyle and still use them today. The low bridge RN4072, BE112 or 302 atomizers seem to work the best.

Penstyle info is here on the forum
DSE 801 *Penstyle* - E-Cigarette Forum

He'll be able to find lots of tips and tricks and get some good info. there.

Hopefully he didn't pay too much.

The local mall here has a SE kiosk... I was browsing and the sales guy approached me telling me how great their cigs are and how easy they are to clean... Then he says their kits start at $100... I almost laughed... The kits were basically 801, 401, and I think 901 starter kits with 1 full cig, carts, some juice, and a charger. What a joke.

Thanks for the insight guys. I feel a little better for him now. It is that pen style. It looked like he had 2 full cigs in his leather pouch, he paid 90 bucks for that and 5 cartridges and the guy threw in an extra 5 cartridges. That price seems kind of steep but at least he's happy for now. I just hope they hold up and don't end up breaking down on him, discouraging him from vaping altogether.
