Help! My overseas order 'under FDA review'. What are my rights?

Lets hypothize every member of this forum alone decided to get together and form a "club"...let's call it "Hell's Vapers" for example and let's assume we all ride motorcycles. American made motorcycles of a particular brand. I know, a Harley like the one I own. We could pass out vests. We'll call those our "colors". We can come up with a neat logo and patches like ''chapter" and ''enforcer" and ''1%er" to name a few. We can have local and national ''get togethers" where we come together and discuss things...like vaping. Such a large group will have it's few ''bad apples" but it wouldn't be so bad. Maybe only 97% of us would ''bend the law" from time to time. That's not so bad. If 30,000 free willed individuals in our club stick to our guns the government will eventually just give up and back off.

Hmmm....this story sounds familiar. Well...lol...its not like we're trying to manufacture and distribute methamphetamine or run guns or anyting of that nature...lol. That would be silly. Oh, wait....there are clubs out there doing such things that the government has turned a blind eye towards. And all we wanna do is vape a little nicotine.

You know, that's actually a really good idea. Some people should take a ton of stock to Sturgis. Plenty of machinists in that crowd, it would be impossible to bury after it blew up there!

Hate to dredge up history, but prohibition didn't make it either - that FDA statement was chuck full of garbage - there are Dr.'s still prescribing "FDA approved" drugs that are in active class-action lawsuits, for craps sakes!

LOL, that made me laugh. I don't actually want anybody to get hurt, but I hate the FDA, and they need to quit this crap. The whole government needs to just stay out of our lives unless we're actually causing problems.

If RJ Reynolds or Philip Morison comes out with an E-Cig, expect four things that same month.

1) Anything related to E-Cigs will require FDA approval and it will be granted immediately.

2) X4 to all prices we pay right now. A KR808D-1 starter kit is now a controlled medical device requiring manufactures with AS9100 certification and will cost $200.00 without cartos.

3) All "no-vaping laws" will be overturned...you can not pass a law against a medical device or medication. Even one that helps people quit smoking. People flew in aircraft for 35+ years using lighters and matches...they could not stop a person from using a E-cig now. Airports, Airplanes, in the Mall, in restaurants. Only explosive environments could limit e-cig use...like at the fuel pump or in a hospital with a oxygen in use.

4) Big Tobacco profits will drop then sky rocket when they control the market. Philip Morris would dominate China. Our batteries will be better. Our atty and cartos would be better. Our juice would cost an arm and a leg... DIY would require a license if allowed at all. Mixing and selling would be a drug bust without.

While most of your post is fairly valid-I do not see them charging $200 for a battery. That's all that model is without a carto....

The word on the street is Philip Morris and RJ Reynolds have E-cigarette prototypes in the works. Obviously, Big Tobacco wants a piece of the action. So if Big Tobacco gets into the E-cigarette business then, of course, the FDA will immediately approve "Big Tobacco's" E-cigarettes as safe.

The FDA hasn't been making noise lately about E-cigarettes and the reason might be they don't want to be slamming a product that they will soon approve as safe. Well, of course, safe would only apply to Big Tobacco's E-cigarettes.

Correct me if I'm wrong. I thought I read somewhere that RJ was trying to merge with Runyan. To my understanding, RJ wanted to control ALL of the USA in terms of ecigs and that China could no longer supply us. All talk went down the drain. I can't blame China for that. We are the greediest country in the world. Grant it, we give to alot of countries but it is always in exchange for something that our government wants.

There are already people buying basic kits from mall kiosks for $129 or more. $200 is not that far off.
