Help! Need recommendations.

So, I've done a looootttt of research on various ecigs, and I'm kinda coming up against a wall and am hoping you guys can help.

Basically my requirements are these.

FIRM:
Decent looking. Sorry, but I cannot STAAAAND the 'clearomizers' and the anodized metal. I just.... I can't. lol.
Cheap to start out with. Like less than $30 cheap.
"green" - not prefilled cartridges that I throw away. I want to be able to do the refilling myself & save money/materials.
Relatively flexible in terms of changing to another atomizer or battery or whatever later, so a common threading.

Prefer:
Ability to change voltages.
Something that isn't a lot of hassle in terms of mixing my own liquid, or whatever. I want to be able to suck some up, point it into the tank, squirt an eyeballed amount, and go.

I am a social/stress smoker. I plan to get non-nicotine liquid as I actually DON'T crave nicotine, I crave the physical habit. Don't need a huge battery life, don't need a huge tank.... It doesn't have to look like an 'analog' cig either.

Literally the only one I'm finding that seems to meet these criteria is this one: 650mAh GS Matrix Telescopic E Cig with 1.2ML King Atomizer - Bronze - New Arrival

And that's partially because its far cheaper on that particular website. Everything else meets the rest of the requirements but is fugly, OR too expensive.

What's a girl to do?

Ok yeah I don't really like those colors, I know what you mean.

I think the silver(chrome whatever) and glass combo of what I have right here actually looks pretty classy, and it fits all of your criteria except for the price, and that's what I paid in Canadian$ with a 1000mah battery. You could probably get something very similiar and stay in your $30 dollar range.

Mkay, that's not too bad :) Is it best to go with a kit, or to purchase pieces separately? I'm pretty tinker-inclined so I'm thinking the second, but I also don't wanna spend a gazillion dollars.

Well kits would generally be cheaper, and may come with a free bottle of e-liquid and a charger etc.... The problem is finding a kit that has a combo you like, which may not be possible.

Gotcha. Any suggestions on best value kits? :)

Not sure around Cincy but my local B&M will mix and match a combo kit for customers. You can select the battery and tank then they add the appropriate charger, 2 15ml bottles of juice and put it all in a case. I have bought and gave away at least two dozen of the Spinner-MT3S combo I just posted pictures of. A little more than the $30 your looking for but an adjustable 1300mah battery and a tank with replaceable head.

You might look at some local Vape specialized B&M stores.

Or Fleabay Vision Spinner Battery 1300 mAh Variable Voltage Evod Tank USB Charger | eBay
