Help needed

Hi there..need your help......... i use a Kanger SUBVOD now since a year with no major issues........i recently changed the coil as I do every fortnight but for the first time the hit i get is sooo strong that i keep on coughing after every drag.......... it does not have a burning taste...... i use the same juice i have been using before changing the coil........but after a few drags I'm really done for the day......... any idea what could be the issue???TIA

Which replacement head are you using?
They come in various resistances.

If your were using a 1.2Ω head and replaced it with a .2Ω - .5Ω head its gonna vape a lot different & seem very strong.

hi thanks for you quick reply.......hmmm not sure what the coil brand is but surely using the same coil brand since it comes in a pack of 5 used 3 and there was no issue........
i was told that i should change 1 or twice a month depending how much i vape

What is it reading on your mod? What resistance is showing up on your coil? Because coils do vary slightly in resistance, or possibly another coil got mixed in to your pack. I'm not saying that is LIKELY, but it is POSSIBLE. So, I'd look at how your coil's resistance is reading. Maybe try dialing back wattage a bit, as well, sometimes things just change in a coil, I know once I break mine in it vapes much easier, producing more vapor, and I sometimes need to dial it back.

But, the only way you'll know for sure if it's your coil is by reading the resistance it is showing on your mod.
