Hello!
User: Belladonna, here with my first post;)...,
I've tried to figure these things out on my own but am confused and really, really would appreciate your advice...

One is I really like vaping! Haven't had an analog since March 2nd!

I tried the epuffer magnum eaze as my first e-cig. It took me a second to get used to the "taste" because it tasted a little bit like plastic but that went away and mostly I got a good throat hit and lots of vapor. Some of the cartridges didn't work and I got blasted a few times with a bad harsh evil painful blast of I don't know what. I ran out of cartridges so I placed an order with them for the 50 pack at $144. Next thing I knew, I got an email saying they were out of stock and had to wait 2-3 weeks before I'd get the cartridges. I was very upset since their cart should have said "back ordered." They eventually gave me my money back and I never got the cartridges. So, I searched the site and realized they are longtotems or something? first question:
1. Where can I get the cartridges for the eaze magnum besides epuffer? (Because I really like the taste/vapor hit :D.)

After reading through this site, I wanted to try Puresmoker.com but they're moving so I couldn't order anything. I did a search in L.A. to find out if there was an actual "storefront/mall cart" that I could buy from. I found ONE place at the Glendale Mall called "E Cali" or "Cali Smoke" or something. Desperate not to return to analogs, I bought one of their starter kits. I tried to search all over the box and paperwork to find the model number but can't find it anywhere but from what I've seen, it looks like a 401 which is a model that everyone on this site says is great. But for me, there's almost no throat hit, no vapor and the "camel - high" flavored cartridge tastes disgusting! I'm only using it because I have to. Next questions:
2. Could it be a generic 401 and that's why it sucks? Because I was going to order one from Puresmoker but not if I get the same bad e-cig. (The video's on Puresmoker make the 401 look like it gives off great vapor but mine doesn't at all.)
3. Would ordering nicotene fluid in other flavors and putting it into the disposable 401 cartridges work?

In the meantime, due to all of your positive reviews, I was also going to order the pink mini 901 from Phil at e-smokeytreats tomorrow. You're right, he's on it, man! VERY good customer service; polite, informative. So that's not my issue, but 4. I wanted to know what you all thought about that particular model as far as a good throat hit and 5. your thoughts on getting a sample juice pack so I can get a sense of which taste I like, because I tell ya, that "camel -high" is gross!

Lastly, anyword on the export stoppage?

Thank you and I hope you are all having a beautiful day... spring is in the air and I'll be able to smell it since I'm no longer smoking analogs.

OK - First, I'm impressed you got a refund out of epuffer - they don't have a good rep on this forum - lots of customer service issues....

second - most of the pre-filled carts you get taste horrible (but not as horrible as an analog!!), so yes, get juice...and the juice is WAY more cost-effective than the pre-filled.

Get a couple of different flavors and experiment to see what you like.. If you haven't been smoking analogs for a good 2 weeks, your taste buds should be waking up, and things now taste different.

You can re-use your carts for quite a while if you keep them topped off with juice and don't fry the stuffing inside. Rinse and pat dry the cart material, fluff a little, then stuff it back in the cart, dribble some eliquid on it, and you're in business.

Other suggestions I've heard here are to put the cart material in a syringe and squeeze the excess liquid out of them (why wash perfectly good smoke juice down the drain if you don't have to!)

Just remember, if you pick up a flavor of juice you don't like, you might be able to trade or sell it in the classifieds section of this forum..

Good luck, and great to have you aboard!

I have only ordered from puresmoker so I dont have anything to compare them to. I will say that so far Puresmoker has given me excellent customer service which goes along way in my way of reviewing what makes a decent supplier. I have the penstyle RN4072 and it produces a fair amount of smoke as well as battery and cartridge are fairly long lasting.

Good luck on your decision making..

PureSmoker is a great site for customer service quality product and cost effective. I like how Johnson Creek is inexpensive for liquid and has a nice variety, but Wicked is good, too, though they got rid of their best flavor I think which was Black Tea.

Thing is, though, I went through a 30 mL bottle of the strongest (36mg) in one month with my boyfriend, and that was including switching between that bottle and two others I ordered from PureSmoker and JC. I wonder if that's unusual o_O
