Hi all, please be patient this is all very new!
Ok so I have completed my box mod I used a dna 30 2 x efest 35amp purple 18650's in parallel.
I have put two 6amp hold ptc fuses in parallel on the positive battery lead I have soldered all connections other than the negative to the vamo top cap which is under the screw I have used 20 gauge wire to everything, switches, batt box atomizer so thought all would be good but... this is where I need advice from 'those in the know'
With a 1ohm coil I'm lucky to get to 15watts without the chip resetting however anything above 2.6ohm to 3.4ohm will fire at 30watts also sometimes when waking from standby it messages weak battery even though they are both fully charged in a intellicharger i4 - thats 5000mah 35amps? So how cam the batts be weak could it be the batt box?
Some pics to help out;-)

From your comments it may very well be the battery holder...it is normal to get the ... battery message when the chip wakes up from sleep...it then goes to normal operation...

From the spec sheet:

device resets:
[FONT=Calibri,Calibri][FONT=Calibri,Calibri]If the battery is not able to power the device at the desired setting, or the battery is excessively discharged, the device may go immediately into a low voltage shutdown. If firing the device causes the screen to blank out and then display the welcome screen, you should charge, replace or upgrade your battery. This is especially common at power settings above 20 watts.

Seems to me a bad battery holder could also cause a device reset....
