Drilled out for the buttons, 510 connector, and screen. Waiting for my 1200mah 25c batteries to come in. Should I use 1 or 2? What gauge wires should I use? 20g? 18g? Stranded or solid?

Canada eh!
Hey Tabs, personally I would go with the recommended gauge wire according to the evolve data sheet. I don`t think they would recommend an inferior wire gauge for their boards. Also if you use a thicker gauge than necessary you will just make it harder to flex and fit things into your box, not as bit a deal with that box and one battery but things may get tighter with 2 batteries. I would also recommend trying to get your hands on the type of wire people use for Radio Controlled applications. It is a super fine stranded, silicone shielded wire making it extremely flexible and easy to work with in tight spaces. If you do use the silicone stuff, I would caution you against using too much flux when tinning your wires, as it can actually draw solder under the casing making the wire stiff, especially when using shorter lengths. I would even say try not using flux when tinning your wire ends, only use a tiny bit if absolutely required.
