Help!!! Not sure where to go with my Joyetech Ecab...

I purchased a Ecab about a month ago and have been definitely enjoying being cigarette free. My only problem now is I have been wanting to get a tank and was told I needed to get a 510 adapter. I've been looking them up but then I wasn't sure about atomizers, cartomizers, tanks, drip tips..... basically all I know is my basic kit and was hoping to find out how to go about buying the appropriate parts to jazz up and get more from my ecig. I just feel like my basic starting "tanks" don't hold enough of my ejuice and I'm constantly filling them up and then wasn't sure also if purchasing adapters if I'm suppose to get the atomizers or if the cartomizers replace that... Sorry for rambling hope any of this makes sense. Thanks so much!!!
