eCab adapter options

I recently purchased an eCab which uses proprietary connections to connect to the tank. I found an adapter to change it to 510 connection so it says. I'm trying to find a decent clearomizer around 2.2 ohm that will fit this adapter. Here is a link to the picture of the adapter.

Some products I have looked at appear as though they would not work even though they say 510 connection. Others say they work with batteries that work with 510 accessories but from the pics they look like they wouldn't work without adapters. Maybe I'm just missing something, so that is why I am asking you guys here. I was looking at a ce4 but from the pictures it looks as though it wouldn't work on this adapter. Any help is appreciated.

I have got the adapter and i tried all my 501 atomizers/cartomizers they all work perfectly

I ran across a video here on the site where someone hooked up a huge tank to an ECab with an adapter, it worked fine. Cost was $1.99.

I have an ECab. If you want to go the CE2/3/4/5/6 route and or Nova Tanks etc, upgrade your system. The ECab is great as a nice looking vaping device.

In the picture is a 650 batt with mini Nova, EGo 18650 (uses a 18650 Batt); Ego-T Upgrade with a Mini Nova.



If you go for the accessories over what the ECab came with your batteries may drain quickly. Again, only a recommendation, upgrade to a new battery system.
