Help on choosing E-Cig Brand

I'm new to vaping but not new to the flavor of Newport 100's or Marlboro Menthol 100's cigs. I was wondering if there's anyone that has found a suitable or similar match to this flavor in any of the many E-Cig brands of carts or e-liquids. If I should ask this question elsewhere please tell me where and I apologize in advance. Just thought maybe the Veterans would have an answer for this question.

Since you're new, you can ask anything in the "New Member forum" or here. The problem with matching tobacco flavors with ejuice flavors is that tobacco combustion creates different flavors than vaporization. However there are a few I'd recommend, because I was a menthol smoker and at first that is also what I was looking for. I found it after many samplers in Nhaler's "Nuport". I got the High Voltage which is actually lower nicotine but it has more flavor. And it is a 'menthol + tobacco' flavor. Some are just pure menthol.

As far as Marlboro goes, it is one of the most popular flavors and many ejuice makers have their version of it. They are for the most part, somewhat consistent in taste - a bit sweet, perhaps some vanilla and/or coconut added to the tobacco base. If you go to Nhaler.com for the Nuport, you could try his 'Marlbro' as well. Best is to get samplers:

When starting, you won't really know what nicotine level you need, so it wouldn't be a bad idea to pick up at least one of each flavor from the 12mg and the 24mg to see what suits you. If you get hiccups, go to the 12mg, if you find yourself wanting a cigarette, go to the 24mg. And you could mix the two either directly or by just adding a few drops of 24mg to the 12mg if you feel the need.

And there are other vendors that sell menthol and marlboro type flavors, it's just that I found the Nuport to be one of the best menthol + tobacco flavors that suited my taste and it is one of the most popular menthols out there and the samplers at Nhalers are fairly large for samplers - 6ml and at a good price. ymmv of course. Virtually any e-liquid supplier has at least one menthol offering, some of which are menthol tobacco. Vapor4Life has ten different menthols, including Nuport and Cowboy* Menthol.

* 'Cowboy', 'Western', 'Red', 'USA Mix', etc. are all euphemisms for a flavor that emulates Marlboro. Others deliberately misspell it in various ways (as V4L does for Newport).
