help,pheonix wont fire on LT V1

I just got a pheonix rba today,it works flawlessly on my provari but wont even fire on my LT.im going to use my provari on my incoming DID so i want the pheonix on my LT.any ideas?

I've heard that some devices won't fire on the lavatube because either the device won't screw down all the way because of the drip well or the center pin needs adjusting, it can be pulled up by very gently prying with a small screwdriver, be careful though, I don't know how far it will come up without breaking the connection or worse coming out all the way. I have a smoktek tank that won't fire and I just use either a 510 to 510 extension or a 510 to ego adapter, the tank screws farther down and it works fine. Personally I'd rather use an adapter and not take a chance on wrecking my lavatube. I hope this helps.

First thing to check is the center positive pin on the Phoenix to see if it has been pushed up too far into the threads. The ProVari pos post obviously can hit it, but maybe not the LT. Press firmly on the small half-moon shaped plate at the bottom of the Phoenix juice well under the coil.

Like mentioned before, I also used sealed shorty 510/510 and 510/eGo connectors to get added clearance with some devices on the LT.
