Welcome to ECF! Your first decision in an ecig is form factor. If you want something that resembles an analog, then a Volt kit from Smokeless Image like this Smokeless Image | Only The Best Electronic Cigarette | Volt - Standard Starter Kit - Starter Kits may be a good starting point. Your next decision will be juice(s). A world of choices in juices are available. Based on what you said, a low nic (6mg/ml) juice may be a good place to start. Recommend a sample kit, maybe a couple of sample kits to start from the vendors recommended here. If you think you'd like a vaping system with long battery life and up to a full day of juice, let us know here and you'll get some great recommendations. Good luck!

Welcome , but Flyer basically has it right . How much can you afford ??? One thing to remember . The more it looks like a cigarette , the less satisfaction you will get . Larger batteries , and more voltage = more satisfaction . IMHO . Good luck , but try to use the forum approved vendors , as you will have better luck and customer service , that some of the other non-approved , provide .

I hear very good things about vapor which I'm interested in. They seem to be the better choice. I'm also starting a diet and exercising more so I'm looking for something beneficial to my health. I want something with liquid so I can enjoy different flavors but still have the action of smoking which is why I smoke. Also I hate the thought of ordering new cartridges when I can just get more liquid.

Hi Becca - welcome, buckle your seat belt - you're in for quite a ride (good one). You're going to get a zillion answers - everyone looks for somtething different. I totally agree w/the post above & also agree w/you on wanting liquids instead of the cartridges. My advise is to look into the various forums & see what catches your eye...tons of advise & probably a lot of the same questions you may have. Wishing you good luck in your new venture...you'll do great!

A Volt is the gold standard of starter kits and is really convenient. Highly recommended

You can check out some forum suppliers and see what your into.

It's gold only if you must have small size and can live with an 808 connector. A 510 battery gives more options and more horsepower - at the same price or less...
