So I have been looking forward to buying an e-cigarette and finally quitting smoking.

However,
I can't find any model that doesn't include SOME kind of 'glycol' or 'glycerine' (whether it's propylene or vegetable) in the cartridge .

My problem with these substances is essentially they are sugars. I'm gonna be perfectly honest and admit I have an eating disorder. Thus, I don't want to absorb any sugar from smoking an e-cigarette. I went on one e-cigwebsite and talked with an online chat representative and asked if I would absorb calories from the glycerine.

His reply was "a minimal amount" and that was his "assumption" since he's not a professional nutritionist.

Anyways, if anyone knows a brand of e-cig (or any type of vaporizer) that doesn't contain the glycerine/glycol or any type of sugar.... Please let me know.
OR, if anyone has any DIY alternatives, I'd really appreciate that too. ANY advice would be great.

Thank-you everyone here on ECF.

No. They all have PG and or VG. It's the basic carrying agent...

There are 4 calories in a gram of PG... so the average intake of 4-5ml's a day is 16 to 20 calories a day. Way less then eating an apple though more then a glass of water.

So yes a "a minimal amount".....and if you want a professionals opion why are you asking all over an ecig forum. Closing the other threads on this BTW.

Look it's very simple..........the sugars and calories in ecigs are by far less a risk to your health no matter your condition then CIGS are.
