:(

I was unscrewing it from battery and somehow the tank separated from both the top and bottom...with the bottom piece still on the battery.
obviously i was turning the wrong part of it..but i wasn't using a lot of force.
juice spilled everywhere

but the problem was i couldnt get either end back into the unit.

there are no threads and the o rings ..which came out too, just slide down the tank when i try to push in. there is no real lip on the tank
When i seat the o rings in first i cant push the tank back in at all.

can anyone help?

edit...see attached picture a few posts down pls.

A solution to your problems:
1) Gather pieces of said AeroTank
2) Double check to make sure you have all of the parts
3) Throw in trash
4) Buy a Nautilus :)

Just kidding....kinda. I had nothing but bad luck from Kanger gear. Couldn't be happier with my Aspire stuff. As a matter of fact, the $45.99 Nautilus is about 75% as good as my $99 Russian

CAn you show us a pic of this offensive tank?? Maybe it will help. The Kangers should be easy to reassemble, all of mine are anyway.

Here is a protank pic...its similar.

Thank you for your replies
Do you see the seal, rings?
if you put them on the tank first they dont fit in. if you seat them and then try to push the tank in ..the tank doesnt go in it just pushes down on the rings seating them further..the tank doesn't slip into the rings creating a seal.
...?

No, no. Some pics of YOUR tank. These tanks are so simple, it's hard to imagine one not going back together easily. One more thing, does it have the word Kangertech etched into it?

Forget about all other parts except the glass and the top and bottom pieces that fit the glass.

The o-rings press into place in the "slots" in the metal top and bottom that the glass will fit into. Put the o-rings in place.

Put the glass in the bottom cap. Put the top cap on the glass The center vent tube parts from the top and bottom caps - visible through the glass - now have to be screwed together. Screw the top and bottom together, but don't overtighten and break the glass.

Attach the drip tip. Put a coil in the base. Screw the base onto the bottom cap of the assembled tank.
