Appreciate any help I can get...

I bought Nicotine Liquid from RTS Vapes mistakenly thinking it was "ready to go", only to find out that I need to mix / make the final product from what I'd bought. I've been googling and can't seem to find a recipe that uses the base I've bought, or a list of what ingredients I need. I've ben tempted to give it a go but I'm admittedly nervous as there are so many warnings / articles on the dangers of nicotine that I thought I'd try and get some proper advice. I'd really appreciate some help on what to do, what to buy and where from....

I've got: 120ml of 100mg Nicotine Liquid. 10% flavourless Nicotine - Kosher. Mixed with 100% propylene glycol USP

I'm wanting to make tobacco flavour (not fussy which tobacco flavour) at a strength of 18-24mg

Thanks to anyone that can advise me

Well for DIY there is allot of reading and rereading you will need to do, I suggest you visit the DIY liquid forum it has a great amount of info and people to help you out. If you don't feel comfortable mixing yourself or have no interest in it right now you should try to sell it or set it off to the side for a month or 2 and get some premixed liquid until you want to feel comfortable venturing into DIY. You do need to be careful to make sure you handle it properly and cut it to the proper proportion.

I really don't recommend getting into making your own until you have read the great guides here.

i strongly recomend putting all of that stuff away until you do more research and gain some experience

however, if you feel you must attempt it anyway, just make sure you do not add more than 3 mls of the 100mg nic per 15ml of finished product. that way you will end up around 20mg strength

be careful! if you get any on your skin WASH IT OFF IMMEDIATELY

Yes, 100 mg/ml nicotine base will give you a serious nicotine overdose very quickly if you vape it at that strength! It needs to be diluted to the concentration you want, below a maximum of about 36 mg/ml. 36 is very strong too, but will be unlikely to get you in serious harm quickly.

Is this your very first time? Do you have any pre-made juice whatsoever to fall back on? Is there anyplace local you can buy from?

The problem is that you're going to have to wait for shipping to get PG, VG, and flavorings. On top of that, tobacco flavorings need to steep longer than most other flavors. I steep mine for a month before using them. Although not everyone steeps that long.

I definitely agree that you need to do the research before you start mixing and do it patiently and carefully. It's not rocket science. But, it can be dangerous if you're careless.

I suggest you buy some pre-made juice while you do your research in the ECF DIY section.

Good luck!
