need help with a mix ,please

Okay so this will be a bit tricky. Do you know what percentage you like that flavor at? 20%? Maybe 25%?

So we have this 100mL of 1.08mg/mL juice with 75% flavoring and 22%VG at minimum, we want the final mix to be 20% flavoring and 2mg/mL juice. First step... Dilute the flavoring, so, for the final mix we will want 375mL total. So, you will want to add 17.83mL of your mystery nic base, then 257.17mL of PG/VG.

What ratio of PG/VG is your nic base? I'm going to assume you nic and flavoring are PG based.

Assuming your triple flavor is PG based, you are likely close to or more than 75%PG right now.

So, total PG in the mix, we want 262.5mL. I'm going to assume your nic is suspended in PG just to simplify this a bit. It won't change much if it isn't.

So to your already made 100mL mix, add:

166.67mL PG
90.5mL VG
17.83mL of 36mg/mL nic

I think this should work. Your final mix will result in 70PG/30VG, 2mg/mL nic, and 20% flavoring.

At 30% flavor, your final mix should be 250mL.

To your already made 100mL, you should add:

86.12mL PG
53mL of VG
10.88mL of 36mg/mL nic

That should get you 30% flavor, 2mg/mL nic, and 70PG/30VG.
