If that's a .15 coil its nickel. Can only be run in TC mode. Should be 3 presses of the fire button to change till you get to NI and then make sure you take off your atty and press fire to get it to recognize your room temperature coil. (Only do this when your coil is cold). Then start low (like 250 F) and then work up.

Here's what I found out, BTW, MMcQ, this is NEBOX we're talking about, you can't take off your atty

The new coils are no longer box shaped like the previous Kanger coils. However, you can use the old coils in the Nebox and the new coils are also backwards compatible on the older Kanger Subtanks. The new coils for regular wattage mode (0.5, 1.2 & 1.5ohm) are now Stainless Steel. Kanger have confirmed that this is what they will shift all their coils to going forward. The new SSOCC temp coils provided me with some confusion as on the outside of the box it said 0.15ohm SSOCC and then on the “using guide” it says Ni200 0.15ohm coil. After emailing with Kanger they have said that the 0.15ohm temp control coil, is in fact using Ni200 for the wire itself, but the housing of the coil is made from Stainless Steel. I hope that clears up any confusion anyone is having with that!

Tip: Make sure when putting in a new coil, that when the Nebox asks if it is a new coil, you select yes, otherwise it will keep the resistance from the previous coil. If the device doesn’t ask this question, screw the cover off slightly and hit the fire button, so it shows 9.999ohms. Now when screwing the cap back on, it should ask you if you are using a new coil or not.

Press the fire button 3 times to enter the menu where selections & adjustments can be made. Use the smaller buttons to make your selections.

You don't change/adjust the voltage or the resistance of the coil, you can set/adjust either watts in W/power mode or set/adjust temp in the temp control modes.
Ni & Ti coils must be used in the appropriate temp control mode only.
SS can be used in either tc or watt mode, kanthal watt mode only.

It is quite common that a coil reads a different resistance than what is printed on the side of the head. Most change with use, usually higher.
Nothing to worry about, unlock & reset the cold resistance for temp control mode. Or if you're using watt mode adjust the watts up/down to find the vape you like.

The nebox has a minimum resistance of .15Ω, meaning it won't fire / shouldn't be used with a lower resistance, it can be used with higher resistances. .24Ω is a higher resistance than .15Ω.

Here's the deal with the new SSOCC heads:

Pink O-Ring -- Stainless Steel wire. Power or SS TC mode, your choice.
Blue O-Ring -- Nickel wire. Ni TC mode ONLY.
Black O-Ring -- "Clapton" coil. Probably Kanthal, Power Mode ONLY.
Red O-Ring -- NiChrome wire. Power Mode only. Made to use with the NiCh TC mode on the brand new Kanger TC mods. Doesn't actually TC according to reports. More work needed, we'll see. No other mods can TC it (TCR 0011ish... doesn't work).
