Help PLEASE

My new Screwdriver has a problem with the switch It seems that i cannot turn the inside screw to release the button and spring on the end. Can anyone help me or has anyone had similar problems with the "Screwdriver"? Thank you!!

Ah, I've got the latest MK1 but not the M11. So not sure, but I thought they now had similar screw in buttons that could be adjusted via a screwdriver from the inside of the button end of the body?

Did you buy it from TW? If so you could try asking for help on either their ECF sub-forum :-
