Do you have a volt meter. I can't recommend doing stainless steel mesh wicks without one. You should always check the ohms before firing one, especially if the mod doesn't have protection. I'm willing to bet you have a short somewhere and your ohms are waaay too high.

The short would lower the ohms.

You should oxidize the SS mesh with some e-juice on it and let it burn away *** USE PLIERS *** or something.
If you don't have a multi-meter:
Step 1...check the SB to make sure something else fires OK...like an atty/carto.
Step 2...Try another wick type. Use a couple of cotton balls or some butcher's twine (All 100% cotton). Make sure to wet it well 1st with juice.
Step 3...one end wire of the coil goes outside the little rubber washer on the bottom. The other coil end goes inside the washer. Opposite sides. Yes?
Step 4...make dang sure the coil wires are clipped off well and don't/can't touch and short. Like the outside crossing over the washer and touching the center post.

Hey there Atty , I oxidized the Mesh i dunno how many times, and did it with ejuice , let it flare up and burn away, did that twice......

I tried two other attys, both are firing fine.....

2. I havent tried another wick type but the cotton ones that came with the Vivi seem to fire up fine.....

3.Yes one is going out, and one is inside(but on the outside of the botton "pushpin" piece......

4. all ends are clipped off as close to them as i can get lol ....not much sticking out at all.....

Still buffalod

OK...well, you didn't blow the battery protection and the battery still works. I'm assuming the connector is good and connects with the VN fine....

So.... must be too low ohms. Try 6 wraps. Or seven if you can squeeze it in. 3 & 5 didn't work...so ohms must still be too low. Or it's a short with the wick/coils.

Just guessing....
