Hi all, I pulled my Apollo out of storage yesterday, and I cleaned it up and stuff, but the button was stuck. I took it apart as best I could (couldn't find any tutorials on it or similar mechs), but it still doesn't want to depress at all. Its a magnetic button, and I make sure to put the bottom magnet in so that its repelled from the top one. I can't figure out how to remove the top magnet and battery contact, not sure if its threads are stripped or if I'm just doing it wrong.

It seems to me that there is no reason it should be acting like this, I can't figure out what's going wrong.

Attached are photos of the buttons pieces.
Any help ya'll could offer would be most appreciated! Thanks

My first thought is to remove that black c-clip surrounding the negative contact pin. Insert needle nose pliers in those two little holes, bringing them together and it should pop right out. Maybe where the top magnet is located? Not sure, as I don't own an apollo. My timekeeper (clone) switch housing has the top magnet underneath
