Hello. The smoker is a friend of mine with specific needs. I have a collection of mechanical mods, APV's, rda's/RTA's, etc. and haven't kept up with the smaller mods. I'm usually good at recommending vape gear, but this one has me stumped.

My friend is a chain smoker who takes a few drags indoors from her ego-styled mod (not sure if it's authentic), with a small tank that looks like a carto inside. She says it's just not satisfying enough, and doesn't produce enough vapor.

My friend is handicapped - she has one leg amputated, and walks around on crutches. Everything she carries hangs around her neck, and the ego is easy to hang around her neck, therefore she doesn't want anything too heavy. I showed her an assortment of gear and got some feedback to work with.

REQUIREMENTS

MOD - 22mm is too big. That leaves possibly 17mm or an eGo Twist (or anything else I'm not aware of), preferably VV or VW. There must be a lanyard available due to her handicap. Lighter weight is better (she felt my 22mm mechs and ProVari in 18650 and said no way).

TANK - She's a mouth-to-lung vaper, looking for tight to medium airflow, with a decent amount of vapor production (you can hardly see any vapor with her current setup). She's in no way a cloud chaser, nor a rebuilder. To give you an idea of how non-technical she is, she doesn't even have internet, and she uses a flip phone.

Her budget is roughly $100, but can be flexible for the right equipment that will be satisfying and last. Please offer some suggestions so I can help her get off the stink sticks! Thanks.

I have an Eleaf istick mini that I wear around my neck with a lanyard that I fashioned out of a Velcro strap and a thick rubber o ring that I picked up at the hardware store. I use a Kayfun mini with mine though. I sleep with this around my neck.... Have to work on finding a suitable non rebuildable atty.

Above: Three ego setups, Vision Ego Spinner ($20 - 28), and an Eleaf iStick, next to a Bic lighter for size comparison. Spinner and iStick in picture have Aspire Nautilus Mini tanks on top.

Ego's and Spinners have lanyards available for around $6,. Lanyards also available for the iStick (see below).

Eleaf iStick 30 watt next to a BIC for $40

Case and lanyard for iStick 20W/30W - $5.50

For the tank, I recommend the Aspire Nautilus Mini - $23. Adjustable air flow for mouth to lung vapers. Factory-made replacement coils.

One of the best tanks that I ever had for mouth to lung with a decent amount of vapour is Kayfun mini v2.1 you can get a clone from fast tech, its not bad at all neither expensive, regarding devices
That's a rebuildable tank, right? :nah: Doesn't meet the user's requirements. Read people.
