LowThudd, primarily thank you for sharing this "interesting" and shameless ripoff site.

Its extortion, they're still selling mid-range gear for the same prices as top end mods.

Anyways after giving it some thought, I would have to say that most people should be sensible enough to buy elsewhere. If not then as they say about a fool and his departing money....

I think if we watch this space, then this site will need to drop its prices or it won't survive. One of these self correcting situations.

Still I nearly chocked on my coffee when I saw their prices!

Makes me sick. I tallied up their "Torpedo" kit (eGo) at $159.00.... I can put the whole thing together as parts for about $45.

And that's retail. To bring that in from China would be about $14 each kit plus shipping.

Am I completely missing something? It seems that the Vendor in question is selling items at high prices. This alone doesn't constitute legal fraud or theft.

What evidence of real fraud do you have that I am not aware of?

I wouldn't report him to Paypal, no matter how insane his prices are. I believe you can warn as many people as you want about his highway robbery but if anyone is silly enough to buy from him, let them.

I also believe Paypal's policy on ecigs is in itself ridiculous.

Maybe not. If their only exposure has been via mall kiosks, they may easily believe $160 for an eGo knockoff sounds about right.

This site was mentioned by a New Member, and I was appauled by the level of price gouging! They are charging prices like $160 for a 1 batt eGo kit and $24 for a standard 510 atty! I could not believe how bad this site was, worst I've seen. So I took matters into my own hands, as did another ECFer and posted in their forum. Please, if you have the time, get a one use e-mail acc w/ hotmail or something, or use your own e-mail to register for their forum and express how you feel about their prices. As of yet, there have been no responses...I am kind of surprised I haven't been banned yet. Fortunately there have been 60 people who viewed the forum and hopefully decided to buy elsewhere.
