Hello everyone, I would like your suggestions on the best rtas available at the minute. I've just upgraded my mod from the istick to the sigelei 150w which I am loving and have given the istick and my kanger sub tank to our lass. The new tank I chose to accompany my new box was the atlantis mega which is also really good imo. The only problem is I can't seem to rebuild the coils without them either leaking juice or dry hitting, and I don't want to keep buying there coils, plus I kinda enjoy making my own, I've watched and copied various YouTube videos all to no avail. So basically I want a tank with the rba section, I've been looking at the lemo and the billow. Would just like to hear what people on here think. Thanks

Thank you. Yeah I've been looking at the lemo, and I've just been searching for the orchid it seems either really cheap or I have only found clones. I've got a bit of building experience from playing with my sub tank and attempting to rebuild the Atlantis coils. So at the minute I'm thinking either the goblin, lemo, orchid or the Goliath ... So much choice, why can't things just be simple lol

just get one of each....then you have to get matching mods.

Kayfun V4 is a winner on flavor and vapor, but past 15W it can't keep up with juice feeding. That doesn't take away from its value as an excellent atomizer. If you want to blow clouds at high watts then it's not a solution.

The really good part for me is that the KF V4 allows you to unscrew the build deck from the bottom without losing juice (unlike the KF V3). That allows me to inspect the coil and wick during a juice fill. I can dry burn and replace the wick while refilling the tank. The design lends itself well to maintenance.

Once you've looked at the recoil process in the Kayfun 4 threads, it's easy to replace a coil. Look at the various methods and use the one that looks best to you. I can pop the tank apart, wind a coil, and mount it in less than 10 minutes. That includes a dry burn and tweezer compression. The good part is that a coil can last for months, so recoiling isn't something you have to do often.

Check out Rip Trippers on YouTube for info and excellent demonstrations on making and installing coils on various RTA's and stock heads.

The Orchid is a good choice for me, mostly because it is cheap. I use mine as single-coils, by putting halves of the wickends between the posts on the unused side, and blocking the air-hole on the unused side with a small piece of cotton. I have six. After much expensive tinkering with parts, I have learned that the least expensive option is $8.87 Orchid V4 Styled Rebuildable Tank Atomizer - 4.0ml / stainless steel + PMMA + PC at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping with
$1.21 Replacement Acrylic Tank for Orchid V4 RTA Rebuidable Tank Atomizer - translucent at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

I gotta agree with you, 0mg... I'm still loving my old V2 Orchid. The thing is bulletproof, and just works... even with dual coils on my mech with 0.4 ohm coil build, I just keep filling it back up and it's a non-stop great vape. I go through about 4 tanks a day with it, and rebuild it about once a month. Great little atty, and I keep thinking about getting one of the upgrades for the larger capacity. How much juice does the setup you provided hold? I know the V2 is 2.5 - 3ml, if I'm not mistaken.
