Help V4L Order

HI Guys,


I don't know what to do anymore.
I ordered a set from V4L on Dec 4th and i have never gotten a tracking number or product and the company has stopped returning my emails. What do you guys think i should do? Contact my bank, police or do mastercard chargeback?

Hi Mark,

Do you have a tracking number for the new package?

No response what so ever. I've never gotten a tracking number, not even on the first package(even though i've requested it) and now they just ignore my emails. I don't think they even shipped anything. They've already charged my card.

This is my first ecigg buying experience and it isnt very good.

Well, it's extremely unusual for V4L to have a problem like this. have you tried calling mark? are you using the mark@vapor4life.com address?

I've used orders@vapor4life.com and his gmail account will try the others.

also, you should be able to get your tracking number on the site itself, by logging into 'my account' going to "review orders" and then clicking on the order in question; the tracking number will be on that page.

On the V4L page, when you click on MY ACCOUNT, then REVIEW ORDERS/TRACK PACKAGES, then VIEW or CHANGE ORDER there is no tracking number at all?

does it say shipped? you have to click the review or change order button before the tracking # shows up.

this is the screen where you can get your tracking number, mine's outlined in red here. (yours won't be but it'll be in the same spot).

There's no tracking number on the order. I order lots of things online from amazon, ebay, etc. The first thing i look for is a tracking number once something is shipped and most merchants provide that immediately. I've clicked everything in my account and order details to find it and it's not there.

RMonster, I had told you a while back that when we ship International to countries other than Canada, it goes USPS First Class International, and there is no tracking service available. We have shipped this order twice at this point.

yes, if you're not in the US or Canada, there's not much they can do on the V4L end. i'm positive, however, that they shipped it.

I'm sorry but i never got notice when ordering or after ordering that no tracking service is provided with USPS. I've just re-read all the emails sent and none of them state this. The only one that mentions tracing was the one i posted.

If this is the case then how long do you recommend i wait? I do wish this could have been taken care of via email.
