When you get it can you give feed back on it?
I probably won't be using it right away. Just got the mod and still need to get batteries and a charger. I just couldn't resist the price and I've been looking for something like this for a while now. @Foggy Road uses them and got his the same place I ordered mine. I already asked him how he likes his on this thread and waiting on a reply. :)

Can't beat the price on that one. How do you like yours? Just ordered one myself. Not a lot of choices for those of us who like above sub-ohming with finding a good mod with external batteries.
I'm really happy with them. Work great, well built solid devices. These are not cheap stuff. They're classics and we're fortunate to still be able to find them on the clearance aisle.

Maybe look at the Innokin iTaste VV Ver4, comes in 2 mAh ratings, digital adjusting for variable voltage or wattage. Square battery but the 2 iTaste VV Ver3's I have are still running, the Ver 4 just has more power output than the VV Ver3. Tanks you could look at a Kanger Aerotank Mini or Protank Mini Ver2, the Anyvape Davide Mini quite similar to the Protank Mini, can run either Kanger Protank coil heads or Aspire BDC/BVC heads in them.

Thanks I tried the original Innokin iTaste with a Kanger Protank last year at this time ... or maybe the year before. I didn't hate it, but it didn't vape any better than my current set up and wasn't ergonomic or handy. Always felt awkward and heavy. Plus, it was loud. Are they different now?

You do realize you can vape a 3.5 ohm coil down @ 1 watt if you like on most all single and double battery mods ?
Joye eVic-VTC Mini 60W - Express Kit 18650 Mod this thing is smaller than my hand, rather than a giant cigar.
What your paying for is a yihi or evolv board that regulates the battery much more efficiently with no lag on the trigger, which in a sense should satisfy even the finickiest vapor. The zmax is basically a tube (unregulated) mod with a kick in it ............

I have no idea what you just said to me. I am still fairly new to vaping and thought this was a good deal for how I vape which is between 1.5 and 1.8 ohms. I just wanted something with external batteries for backup.

This is where I run into trouble. I have very little idea what most of the above means.

I just want simple and good, but since I don't understand the ohm stuff nor the relation to batteries, I get all overwhelmed.

I'm willing to pony up a decent chunk if it will meet my needs - it's cheaper than buying several mid or low priced setups that end up collecting dust in a drawer (like my MVP.)

Edited to note: I looked at the EVIC and the description scared me off with big, red warning about not running certain metals on certain settings - none of which I understood.

Northern NJ native , Coastal NC now.
Having taken apart every mod i ever owned i would highly recommend Innokin over anything by Joytech or Eleaf , quality is on an entirely different level and so is build quality , just my opinion .

The Endura is an outstanding starter mod and it's cheap and gets stellar reviews , i favor MVP's and Coolfire 4 + though. Outstanding mods.

Most devices now, tanks and such, due to the efficiency they have and most are bottom coil crackle and such, that, to me, means good things are going on. The iTaste VV is the little brother to the iTaste MVP, about as big as the Ego/Spinner Class in size and length, only they are square instead of round. Never had a problem with the iTaste VV personally, the Ver 3 capped out at 5v and/or 11watts, the Ver 4 I think runs the basic MVP 3.0 chipset or similar to it, like the Ver 3 VV did with the MVP 2.0, so at a guess the Ver 4 caps out at 30ish watts or maybe lower closer to 20watts.
You were asking about a compact class that is similar to the Ego/Twist
Another option would be to look at the Eleaf iTwist, about as big in size as the Vision Spinner Ver2

I often recommend an iStick 30 watt or Coolfire 4 (both mods) with an Aspire Mini Nautillus or eLeaf GS Air M (both tanks). Videos below.

eLeaf iStick 30 Watt
Innokin Coolfire 4
Aspire Nautilus Mini
eLeaf GS Air M Tank

This is the set up I have been recommending too, istick 30 watt and either the mini nautilus or one of the gs air tanks but I found the istick 30 has suddenly become almost impossible to find. Last month I was trying to locate a few for a friend and came up empty, I am wondering if they are phasing it out with all of the new releases.

The evic mini doesn't get any easier than dropping a battery in it and hit the up or down button to set your preferred wattage (8 watts?) and push the fire button, both the mini and cuboid will work with all of the current metals flawlessly and if later down the road in temperature control if you so choose to or if you decide to get a better performing tank down the road and may need a little more wattage to run the coils better.

I agree on the Endura especially if the OP wants to keep vaping in the same style she has been without any fuss :) This is the unit I got for my friend instead of the istick 30 kits and she loves it, it has gotten great reviews and the price is low enough to pick up a few of these kits and spare coils for less than the cost of a lot of other kits mentioned here.

What are mini and cuboid? What tank performs well that I can just pour juice into and go?

This is the text that scared me off btw:

"This Kit is for ADVANCED users only. This e-juice delivery device is more complex than mini or mid-sized set-ups. They require research time to setup and knowledge of how to operate and interpret a multi-meter. You will also need to be familiar with the relationship of resistance and voltage as well what type of batteries and battery charger to use with this device.

*This device comes with Temperature Control Coils. Please be sure to only use TC coils in TC mode on your device. NEVER fire a TC coil in Watts Mode"

I don't know what it means, but it's intimidating as heII.
