Help - Vapour makes me choke

Well there are a lot more CDA suppliers than I knew of after having browsed through the CDA forum here. If I know what to look for I can get some good advise from all of those guys. I did read several posts about trouble at the border but it looks like most stuff gets through. I don't remember seeing fluxomizer anywhere....is that from Back to the Future? I was wondering about VG but I was reading that there was a possibility of contamination? And everyone says CE2 - I haven't found a def for that anywhere.

It is a see through cartomizer with no fiber filler only a wick and the electronics of it. . The fluxomizer is a tradename for the CE2 deluxe version from Gotvapes.com. The new one's from them are an unbreakable tube.(The see through part) If you can only get the older version up there don't bother if you don't want to fiddle because the old tubes get tiny cracks and leak and the only way to fix that is replace with a syringe tube.

Ok - and I think the KR808 are one of the common ones that are easily adaptable? And the CE2 is a cartomizer so I don't need the additional atomizer? But I would have to order juice and fill it myself....I would have to order PG and VG and flavour - If I choose to use a flavour......does anyone use without flavour? Or does that have the nic in it? I think I'm on info overload and can't remember what does what.

You can get prefilled cartomizers for the 808 or blank one's depending on where you order from, no seperate atty required. There are adapters for using those batteries for other things. I have used a 808 batter to 510 carto type adapter. Worked just fine. You can get your juice in a Ratio you'd like to try, (depending on supplier) start with either a 80 pg/20 vg percentage wise(or 70 /30) and you can get it with the flavor already mixed in.

P.S. Get manual batteries, they may sound like a hassel but are soooo much better.

OK - I think I'm getting there...given that you have a hard time with PG - and you mentioned you used a 50/50 mix (I think that was you??) what would you recommend I try? And there are suppliers that will mix a special cocktail for me? And all I would have to do is add the juice - no mixing....or even maybe order a prefilled carto to my preference? And originally I didn't want to mess with the button but I don't think that would be an issue after all today's reading. I'm also realistic about my husband joining in if it's too complicated.

I'm currently ordering from Juicy Vapor, they have a 100 % PG version, reduced PG(part vg) version, or an all VG version. I use the reduced PG version and if it's still a little harsh I add a few drops more unflavored 100 % VG (also bought from them). You can pick size, flavor and nic level from them doing it this way. Fill cartomizer and vape! There are other vendors who will do the same thing I just haven't got around to trying them yet. So don't know who they are off hand. Look at the suppliers forum for other juice vendors if someone else doesn't chime in here..

Great - I'll take this info to the CDA Forum and see who jumps in. I saw some Toronto people online and that's really close - that would be the perfect solution. Thanks for all the great info - I was so disappointed that I couldn't use the Apollo and then I was just overwhelmed with all the other choices....Kudos to you all on this site. I'll soon be converting others I'm sure!

I've been vaping for a couple years now, and have converted quite a few people from analogs. Occasionally, one of them gets choked out. It is the nic level too high. I know this, because I made the choked out people a batch with no nic in it at all, and they could vape without any cough. Try a low low level of nic at first.

Yeah the answer is definitely hold the vapor in your mouth, then inhale after you are done hitting it. My friends who tried my Ego were all choking and I didn't know why. Turns out it was because they are used to smoking cigarettes by inhaling straight into their lungs, instead of dragging the smoke/or vapor into your mouth and then inhaling. I always smoked cigarettes like that as well so I couldn't understand what the problem was lol
