I purchased a pink vp turbo av from http://vaprlife.com & it arrived at my house on June 23rd. Well, I've got quite a few mods, so this wasn't used a whole lot. However it stopped working on July 2nd. I didn't find out until July 9th from another ECF forum member that there is indeed a 90 day warranty on these items. So, i've contacted them at least 9 times thorough the "contact me" on their website. I've posted on their facebook. I've posted in their subforum on another ecig forum. I've posted in their little chat box on their website. i've given them 3 email addresses to contact me and my phone number.

I have yet to receive an RMA number from this company to return a unit to get it repaired under warranty. They posted on their facebook a few minutes ago that they've contacted me numerous times & I need to check my spam folder..........but I have & I have no email from them, except for the confirmation emails that I did indeed send them something via their "contact us" form on their website.

NOW..........I find out last night that this company is having a contest to repair 5 units that are out of warranty.
LMFAO.............how about fixing the ones that are just a few weeks old first?
If you are on facebook, help a girl out. You KNOW that I would do it for you.

This is the bottom line worst customer service EVER. I KNOW that the vaping world is growing & changing & that alot of things need tweaked, but this is a little bit ridiculous. All I want is an RMA number to return my unit to get it repaired under warranty.

Please post under my post on their facebook page. This is out of control.

I shipped the mod back on the 21st. I was told by one of their rep "Mary" that they have a 48 hour turn around time from receipt. My tracking number shows that they received it on July 23rd. ---------This means my mod should be arriving at my house any day now. :)

I'm just posting in this thread to keep it updated about my experience with this company.

So, today, this is what I get from this company

"The issue with the unit:
Nothing wrong with her unit..
Entirely battery-related."

Then they sent the delivery confirmation number, as it's on its way back to my house.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I find this difficult to believe as all of my li ion batteries are new from lighthound.com as of March (or newer). I tried every 14500 battery I have in the unit prior to confirming that in fact it needed repair. I've got trustfire, ultrafire, AW- IC, & the aw-imrs. Then a fellow ECF member & VET said to try 2 of the 14250's...........so I bought those....... tried em, the mod still didn't work. I never use the screw driver (to adjust the voltage). In fact it's packed away in a box with the original bubble wrap with all of my other mod stuff (extra top caps, etc). So, I kept the mod at 3.7V the entire time.
ALL of my 14500 batteries are in rotation. I've got
(4) aw-imrs
(2) aw-ic
(4) ultrafire
(2) trustfire
So...........that's 12, 14500 batteries in rotation. They are dated (date I started using) and numbered.
(this doesn't even mention my other batteries that work in my OTHER mods)
ALL of my 14500 batteries work in my other 14500 mods.....Reo, VP2, & Pearl.
I guess this is what I get when I buy from a non-ecf supplier. There has to be a reason that they aren't on ECF & are on another forum.
Let us not forget, that my husband mods & even HE can confirm that in fact the unit was in need of some sort of repair. He did not attempt to repair it, as it was still under warranty.
I guess i'll just be happy to have the mod back in my hands. My husband will fix whatever needs fixed in the future.
So............long story short, not only does VAPRLIFE sell crap mods..........they suck at customer service & use a 3rd party (a fellow ECF member) to contact me even though they have 3 of my email addresses, my phone number, & my facebook page. They also LIE.
Seriously...........my husband sells mods............I would soooooooo not send a mod back to the company for a "battery issue". I guess Vaprlife didn't know that we've got a bit more knowledge than your average vaper in this household.
I know that alot of people trust my judgment on here, as far as vape gear goes. This is just fair warning. You may buy a decently working mod from these people, & the next one may be junk. Either way, their repair service, & customer service sucks.
