Congratulations and welcome to ECF!! Great story and keep up the good work.

The best part of your story is that it's only the first chapter. The positive changes your in your body over the next few months are going to amaze you even more!

FYI...shelf the juices you don't like now. They might taste different in a few months. :)

Here is a link for local brick and motor stores in your area. Possibly one will have a taste bar, so you can sample.

Vapor Search USA
Do take the time to search Yelp as well, using words such as "vapor," "vape," "vaping," etc. Often there will be reviews and other information about the stores that show up. More are opening around the country everyday!

Welcome!

Hi all! ....
I haven't smoked a regular cig in 3 days and still can not believe that this little device is responsible for that. It really has been pain free! This has been nothing short of a miraculous. I have noticed that I need to drink more water. I read here that vaping causes dehydration somewhat. Anyway, that is my story....lol I am living proof that if "I" can quit smoking analogs.....anyone can! Good luck to you all that have wanted to quit and are considering ecigs/vaping! I am SOLD!

Hi all! I just started vaping October 15, 2013. I have smoked for 30 years and have never been successful at quitting. I smoked a carton a week. I noticed that my local tobacco store was advertising vaping. So I went into the store to see what all this was about. Instead of purchasing a carton of cigs, I bought a Tripl3 eGo 900 kit. I insisted that I would need a tobacco flavor ejuice to help with quitting. So I got the "camel" and "smooth tobacco" that Tripl3 sells. At first, I didn't like the flavors at all. They both tasted like perfume to me. The taste did improve a bit but still not my favorites. Two days later I went back and bought the "spearmint" which is spot on and I absolutely love. I then went back yesterday and bought "cherry" and "cinnamon". I do not like the cherry and the cinnamon taste just like a Marlboro Menthol ciggy! Bother cherry and cinnamon are bearable but so far I think I will stick with the spearmint, as it really taste like it. I am hoping my local store starts to offer samples or taste test so I don't waste to much money.

When I find flavors I don't like I will mix a couple together in a tank and try it. Sometimes it works out to be awesome. Try mixing some cherry with the cinnamon & give it a whirl, you never now. It might be spot on. Good luck & VAPE ON:vapor:

Congratulation's, I had the same luck as a 37 yr smoker. The ride will have some bumps at first. It's a learning process on what works well and what not so much. Keep your vape in one hand a glass of water in the other and you will be amazed at the changes in how you feel.

Not sure if that tank is plastic (most starters are) Cinnamon can be a tank cracker juice so be leery of using in those clearo's.

Check out some of the vendor's that have sample pack's, that can be a good way to try several at a lower cost.

Congrats Muffinmight. I feel the same way you do - e cigs made quitting smoking pain free. Wow, imagine that. It's horrible to think that the government is thinking of restricting or banning them. It's insanity. Please make your voice heard and do as I and many others have done - contact your representatives and tell them what e cigs have done for you. As far as juice goes, I wasn't too happy until I started making my own. It's not difficult at all. Actually it is very empowering to make what you want how you want.

Hello and welcome,
I also smoked for 30 years until 10 months ago. :)
Vaping is the best thing since sliced bread! I feel so much better now and even went hiking in on the AT for 6 days last month!

I don't like the E juice from china so I found that purest organic e juice made in the USA with ingredients from US companies.
Try King James E juice, They also use VG based Liquid and don't use PG like most e juice makers do.

In my experience I have found that the juices sold by the cig shops are low quality and fairly hit and miss. Of course everyone has their own preferences. Welcome to the club as well. Im another one of those if I can quite this way anyone can stories. 2.5 to 3 packs a day for 15 years and I have been analog free since I got my first kit in the mail 4 months ago.
