You've got the led/resistor on the wrong side of the switch. Like Connman said, it will stay on all of the time. Is the atty also on?
I had the same thing happen last week on a radio shack switch. They put the closed in the open package. I had to buy a new package and now I test them first.alright just switched the resister/led to the other side where it belongs and now it turns off when I press the switch and the package says it is normally closed so now im just confused
oh I thought normally closed ment it was a closed circuit until it is pressed......well anyways I got me a new button this morning and now it works like a champ. Thanks all for the assistance
