Ok, I need this before 4pm today if possible. I have 2 containers, one with about 45ml of 6mg nic and one about 20ml of 11mg nic. I need to up both of them to 24mg of nic. I have a bottle of 24mg of just nicotine. Please help if you can. It's for a guy at work. The ejuice I have is from a vendor and it was for me but he needs higher nic right now. Thanks so much. Now it's off to bed after a 12 hr. shift to do it all over again this evening.

You can't dilute anything to a higher value without having "a higher value"
Everything you put in the 24mg liquid will dilute it to something less unless you don't have a higher than that nic level.

69,2% @ 6mg/l + 30,8% @ 11mg/l = 100% @ 7,54mg/l
Meaning that if you mix the 45ml and the 20ml together, you will get 65ml @ 7.54mg/l
In 1 liter of your mix you will have 7.54mg of pure nicotine. We miss 16.46mg / 1000ml to gain 24mg/Liter.
Since you only have 65 parts out of 1000 (ml) for 1 Liter you can divide 16,46mg / 1000 witch gives you 0,01646mg/ml and then times it with 65 (what you already have) = 1,0699mg of pure nicotine needs to be added to get to the 24mg in your 65ml mix.

Put a little flavoring in the bottle of 24. It'll turn out about 20-22 depending on how much flavor you add. Give that to him. Keep the other bottles for yourself.
