Hi, I just bought an e gigarette vivid vaping starter kit. Stupidly without reading the rules I decided to put the liquid in and assumed that the small hole on the liquid bottle went into the middle tube. After doing this I saw on the instructions that you are NOT supposed to do this. I had a look online and saw that if you get liquid in the tube it is good to blow on it. I did this and some liquid came out. However, there still is a slight gargling muffled sound. Is this normal? Is it at all dangerous/unhealthy to continue using this if I have squeezed the liquid into the tube?

Thank you! (I will read the instructions in future!)

Cowtown, USA. Where the West begins.
Nope, it will not be harmful. You might get some juice in your mouth. Don't feel too bad, there's probably nobody on the board who hasn't done that. It should clear up after you vape it for a while. What you did was dump juice down on the coil. It normally goes there anyway, just not so much of it at once. It ought to vape clear.

Are you UK, @monsieurwilliam?

It sounds as if you just filled the wrong way... empty, fill the correct way and carry on vaping! :)

IF you are UK, you do not want to be buying any more 'products' from Vivid.

1) They are a tobacco company... (tobacco is trying to kidnap Vaping for themselves)
2) Vivid sell outdated, over-priced nonsense. (basically, whatever they sell, you can buy better for less; sometimes a considerable amount less).

You are Fine.

If you put a Paper Towel over the Battery End and gave the Carto a Blow until no Liquid came out, you are Ready to go. A little Gurgle is OK.

BTW - If you are New to Filler Type Cartos, please remember the Most Important Rule:

Never let the Carto become Completely Dry.

If you Do. You will burn the Filler Material. And then the Carto is Ruined. Keep the Filler
Material wet by Filling Often.

BTW - Welcome to the ECF.

Hi, thanks for the replies guys. It seems to be working okay now! Ah really? In what way is it outdated? I was going to go to a e cig shop but found this in a corner shop and looked good for 20 quid!

If it keeps you from Smoking then it is Fine.

I would suggest using it for a little bit to get you Money out of it. And then popping back in for some suggestions for Possible Upgrades to it.

Yes... it's pukka (good) for £20. You did well! :)

It's just once you start replacing the bits and bobs. Ouch... they are so expensive.

You can get their clearomisers (you called them cartomisers, unless that's what you got; could be?) for about £1.

There is no such thing as outdated in the vape world. If you can make it work well, that's all that is important. Most of the gear I use would be considered outdated by some, but I bet I get a better vape than most...
Totally true.

I just don't like tobacco company products or Vivid in particular.

It's my role in life to warn folk about rip-off companies in the UK.

(sad... but true)....

:)
