Hello everyone.
I bought 2 smalls tank from smok tech, and a pyrex dct "my second one" also I have an I tanked. All that just to let you know that I know what im doing, anyways I setup mine wt no problems "the pyrex one" setup one small alk good, then I try the second small one and it start leaking a lot like drops coming from the bottom of the cartomizer, I was like maybe I flooded so after a time I just change the cartomizer and the same story. I try 2 more but on the last one I switch the juice with the same result. So I went to the store again and they recommend a one hole carto try it with the same results. Any ideas?

SmokTech carto-tanks have a recess for the base flange of the carto to fit into. In addition, both the base-flange and the recess have 2 flat sections (where the round edge is cut straight) in order to prevent the carto from "spinning" and getting locked onto the PV if it is tightened down too tight. Confusingly, they call these flat cuts on the carto-base-flange "flanges". So it's a flange on a flange.

Are your cartos cut with that flange so they don't spin in the tank? If they are 100% round, they might not be inserting all of the way into the base of the tank.

Without being able to identify exactly which Smoktech tank you have (they make several DCT tanks of varying quality), I have to assume the problem is with those tanks. The most inexpensive ST DCT's are of poor quality with poor fitting parts and poor quality o-rings and often do leak. I can't offer a solution if you have one of those tanks, they're just bad tanks. The polypropylene-tubed Smoktech tanks like these are much higher quality.

Smoktech PolyPro DCT tank only

As you've found out, the glass tanks generally are of a much higher quality. You get what you pay for. I pretty much use only IBTanked pyrex tanks

I know this might be a silly question since you do sound like you have a good handle on the process. but do you flip your tanks over before you push the carto into place all the way? This puts air over the fill holes and prevent the pressure from pushing extra juice in there. Might be something with the design of your new tank that makes this necessary.

Just a covering a-z question.

I also had leaking and flooding issues with a couple of my dct tanks, for me the problems was ....ty o-rings and appearntly a tiny breach in the seals was enough to both cause flooding and leaking. I have a set of spare orings and changed them and that cured the problems for me.

The o ring look good no visible in perfection
