Help with coil replacement

I don't own a top coil iClear 16. But I know that there are several different ones. It looks like you got the wrong ones. If you can find any info about the clearomizer (tank) that you bought it would help a lot.
I will look, but this coil looks weird, is this tank authentic Innokin?

Thanks. The tank is marked "iClear 16". Those are the coils I got (box of 5 marked iClear 16). My new coils and the ones linked to on Fasttech are flat on the bottom. My old coil has a "nub" on the bottom. You can see this in the pic. I looked at 16b coils. They do not have the "nub" either. Any other thoughts?
I don't know. It came with my starter kit from local vape shop. Here are pics of the only markings.
Upon closer inspection, it looks as though the two heads are the same. The only difference I see is that the one on the left has the knurled part with the threads slid up on the tube. I think that part on the new coil head should move if you wiggle and twist it.

Also--old coil just presses on (no threads), new coil is threaded...maybe that info will help?
Can you go to the local shop and buy 1 there and have a view for this setup?
I do think it is the right coil you bought, but the ring must be slid up.

Thanks. The ring definitely does not move and moreover the differences in threading make me think there's something amiss. But I'll try that thread, thanks!

That pipe at the bottom of the left atomizer, is it possible to remove this and to transfer to the other atomizer?

hmmm... I'm out of ideas. I'm beginning to think the one you bought is a knock off. The iClear 16 is very inexpensive, about 5-6 bucks. If you can't get it to work, you could get a couple of new ones since you already have replacement coils.
THAT WAS IT!!! Totally frozen on. Got it off & transferred it to new coil...voila!

Glad you got it sorted! Just for my benefit and maybe others too. That part is where the threads are, right?
See if the piece on the bottom will come out of the old coil. I think it is press fit to the base and came loose. Get a good grip on the part and try to unscrew it from the body.....Disregard this, I see you have it, this posted too late

Yes thats right, one side the threads and the other side just have to shove.
I see. What happened was, instead of unscrewing the coil head, she just pulled it off. It all makes sense now.
Exactly. I thought it was all one piece (to be fair it was really frozen on there)...but now it makes total sense!
