I'm starting this thread as a last resort before getting rid of my Griffin 25+ tank. I really like the features of this tank so I really hope I can solve this. I've inquired about this before with a couple other owners of this tank, but all tips haven't worked. I cannot seem to stop the leaking, no matter what!!
Here's what I've tried;
I've re-wicked countless times, thinking that was the problem. I've tried several different sizes of coils and both cotton and rayon wicks. Used different PG/VG ratio ejuice.
I am always sure to close the airflow and juice flow before I fill. But once I open it even a little and take a vape, my hand is covered in ejuice!
I'm SO frustrated, please help!
Here are pics of the wick and where it leaks

One thing that I see is the wick is resting on the air intake, I would clear it so the wick isn't touching it at all. Allowing it to touch would allow juice to flow down into it. - my thought.

Thanks, but how do I do it? I used a single coil so it could be on the highest posts. Do I need to bend my coil higher?

I would add more wraps so your coil are a little longer than the airflow, so it clears the airflow tubes & lower the coil closer to those airflow tubes for better flavor. Then your wick will clear the airflow tubes to prevent leaking. Then pull your wick through, thin or not depending on your coil i.d. & tuck your wick in the wick channels. Hope this helps :)

I have a couple of RTAs that are top fill and can be leakers. I find that when I have a good, non-leaking build and I bottom fill them, they usually continue to perform well.

With both RTAs I have to use a needle-tipped juice bottle to fill through the ports in the bell when bottom filling.

I'd like to update that an ECF member, @Shawn Hoefer said that my wick was not filling the ports. Honestly, I was skeptical that it would work (sorry, I should've had more faith in you, Shawn),but tried a longer wick anyway. I was thrilled this morning to find NO leaks in the tank. I am also glad that this was operator error and not a faulty tank. Thanks to ALL for your help/suggestions!
One final question: when using the longer wick, I used cotton instead of rayon. I am wondering if it's possible that rayon wick contributed to the leaking?

The coil is too small and way too high.
Just space it out and position it it right above the airflow and make sure the airflow is clear of any cotton.
If it still leaks, try a larger ID coil and/or more wick. Or just don't thin the wicks out.
Higher VG also helps a lot.
Could you please clarify your comment? I am assuming you mean it's not long enough as it's a 3mm diameter coil, which is larger than my usual coils.

I have a Griffin 25 mini I'm using with a Pico 25, very good tank, lots of room for setup and easy to work with. during setup I wasn't that fond of bringing the wicking to some holes and decided to put some cotton under the holes. Seems to have worked and there is no leaking. I'm not positive we have the same tank I have one coil wire that goes very low. Your mouth piece is very different and its been a while since I worked on it.
