Help with finding clearomizer...

Hi, I am having a hard time finding a clearomizer that's mouth piece is not made of steel, I like the glass clearomizers, but it seems most I find for my istick 20v have steel. I am soon going to upgrade to a 50v but for now I am really having issues with my front teeth and tend to from time to time hit them a little and they are sensitive as it is. I am very new to vaping so I am not yet up to the rebuilds when I get better at this I will but till then this is what I am using.. any ideas will be helpful ... Thanx

Just use another drip tip. Plenty of glass ones around. What tank are you using?

Pretty much every clearomizer made these days has a removable drip tip that can be replaced with a drip tip of your choice, including plastic or delrin tips. Take a look at the Aspire and Kanger lines of clearos.

Oh I forgot to say, just a regular glass and stainless aspire . its all I could afford at the time.

Get a Nautilus mini and a plastic drip tip. Or get the silicone covers they give you at vape shops to test juice.

Many of the iStick users have Aspire Nautilus minis. Most recently the Eleaf GS Air has become popular with the iStickers. The GS Air was made specifically for the iStick. It is 2.5 ml. I have several iStick 20w and 1 30w. Not a metal drip tip in sight. Unless you get a drip tip that has a wide bore (hole) they are not really drip tips anymore. They are just tips or mouthpieces but the original name remains.

Drip tips are available in plastic/acrylic, wood, ceramic, pyrex glass, stone, delrin and aluminum. The ones I am currently using are acrylic. Delrin is kind of like rubber. It may work well with the teeth problems. Almost all sites that sell vape supplies have drip tips for sale. They are also sold on ebay. Fasttech, in China, has hundreds of tips to choose from. They are the same things that are be sold at US vape stores and online for pennies on the dollar. It can take 3-4 weeks to get an order that does not include batteries or vliquid from Fasttech. Buy one or two in different shapes locally to get an idea of what style, size and material you like. Just make sure the drip tips you buy are 510. 510 is the most common size so should not be a problem. It is also a good idea to pick up some extra o-rings for drip tips because they do not always fit well. Kanger toppers are known to be a bit loose for a good 510 fit. A fatter o-ring solves the problem

I went to the hobby shop and got some silicone fuel line to put on mine.... soft chewy easy on the teeth and lips...

I used to occasionally smoke Black & Mild's, with the Birchwood tips. I'd love to find some of those that I can use. I've thought once or twice about just buying a pack of those and taking the tips off, then trying to make them into 'drip tips'. In fact, I just found some.. wood drip tips

Fasttech now has wood tips for stupid cheap and delrin is a nice softer plastic that's a good insulator against heat from your coils. If you're still feeling out the world of clearos the kanger subtank is a good place to start with different resistance heads that can be found everywhere and dirt cheap on Fasttech. It has a basic 510 drip tip hole that all my tips fit.
