The RSST and AGA-T are both really good candidates for what you are looking for. I have both, and prefer the RSST, but I am using mesh so my argument there is biased. If you choose to go with mesh in the future I'd say go for the RSST because it is dead simple to setup using any wicking material, even mesh. And it's under $40 to boot.

Steven, I saw a video from RiP Trippers on a dripping mode using cotton wick for Genisis atomizers here. I have not tried it myself, but it looks like it works well and knowing how absorbent cotton is in my IGO dripper it makes sense.

I've got a AGA-T2 with glass tank and am quite happy with it. I think they are around $25 now. The RSST is great because the insulated wick hole isolates the wick so you're less likely to have shorts. Of course if you're not using SS, that's not an issue but as dchest said it's there for you if you change your mind later. The tank is plastic though.

Good luck with it!
