Help with Iatty O-rings

I've been trying to put the Iatty together and it doesn't seem like the o-rings on the ceramic piece fit into the plastic part that holds the ceramic. I asked on the GG forum and people suggested putting Vaseline on the O-rings and/or switching out the o-ring on the mouthpiece for one of the o-rings on the ceramic. None of that works and Imeo suggested asking Bruce if the o-rings are the ones ordered from the US. So, I have a couple questions I'm hoping you veteran GGer's can help me out with:

1. @Bruce, are these the o-rings ordered from the US site?

2. Anyone else have this problem, and if so, how did you fix it?

Any advice would be appreciated, I'd love to get this thing working!

New o-rings will be shipped to iAtty customers this week.
I got mine in with vaseline pushing and twisting. It works. Just takes some time.

Saw a post on another thread so not my idea, put O ring on a toothpick and put toothpick in ceramic and work O ring on, Kudos to the guy that posted this first

Finally got the o-rings to fit. Vaseline and a bit of pushing did the job (that's what she said!). Thanks for the suggestions guys, this thing vapes like a dream.

Just put them online now. I have a full set of 4 on sale. Also, a free set of 3 for customers who bought the iAtty and were shipped the wrong rings.
