Yes....its similar to the vivi nova....it has 16 wicks.......so the wicks and coil can all get soaked???

Thank you. Some of these clearos, tanks, etc have machine oil on them. You can wash in hot tap water- no soap- and then pat the wicks dry with paper towel and "shake" the water out.
You don't need to do this yet but...
When I clean my gunked up heads I use PGA, soak them overnite and then wash with hot tap water. Be careful not to lose any parts. O- Rings, etc.

I bought two of them the other day from altsmoke.com . I didn't wash them.... first one I put HHV's Legend in it (Gandalf) and it was fine, never tasted what I would call a tennis ball lol.

The second one not so lucky. Put in HHV's Heavenly Tobacco (old RY4) and it tasted horrible. Didn't want to waste this delicious juice so try to get through the first tank without tossing my cookies. Halfway into it , it's getting slightly better (but still horrible).

I think from here on in I will wash any tank I open before using. Lesson learned.... The tank itself is pretty nice though.

I'm new and yes lesson learned.... We have a hot/cold water cooler in the kitchen and just dumped the remaining juice and took it apart. Put it in a clean coffee cup and put hot water in it....left it for 5-10 minutes, drain (carefully as not to lose anything) and repeated three times.

Sidenote.... was born in Toronto.... Was there visiting friends and family last summer from June 26 to July 31.... moved in late 1998 because of my wife. It was the third trip back over the years and man has that place changed. I drove like a maniac my first couple of years living in the states lol.... Was so used to Toronto traffic!

Anyways , the tank rocks now... dried everything with a paper towel and dry burned the coils, it now has Boba's Bounty in it and tastes great. Next tanks will be the bottom coil kanger pro tanks with pyrex glass. Still love my boge carto LR's though.
