Help with my please

Hi,

I placed an order in December that was rejected by customs. Apparently it was sent back on February 4, but I'm having a hard time finding any information about it using the help ticket system. My first ticket (ticket # 2039) about it has been marked as resolved, and I can't ask any further questions there, and my last ticket has disappeared. Is there another way I can find out if the order has come back there, and see about having the liquid removed and the remainder of the order re-sent? Any help would be appreciated.

I am sorry that our ticket system did not work for a few hours because we just transfered our site. I just restarted your ticket (number # 2039). you can log into it and send you questions there again. our customer service will reply to you asap. :)
