I placed an order in December that was rejected by customs. Apparently it was sent back on February 4, but I'm having a hard time finding any information about it using the help ticket system. My first ticket (ticket # 2039) about it has been marked as resolved, and I can't ask any further questions there, and my last ticket has disappeared. Is there another way I can find out if the order has come back there, and see about having the liquid removed and the remainder of the order re-sent? Any help would be appreciated.
