Ive been trying to contact you to let you know the PT I received was DOA on arrival, but haven't gotten any response. I used the "Contact Us" form on your website. Order 5857

Also, you sent me an email May 1 as a follow up to my previous order. I responded letting you know I had received a few cartomizers that weren't working and asking advice. I resent the email on May 13. Still no responses.

After some reading, I decided that the cartos may have been from a "bad batch" and risked ordering more cartomizers. I decided to eat the cost of the non functioning cartos, but I am really not willing to eat the cost of the DOA PassThrough I got on my second order.

Please check and make sure you are not having trouble with email or the "contact us" form on your site. I'd really appreciate help fixing my order. You can pm me if you like. Thanks.

Well actually the first PM is what I was wanting a reply to.. LOL

And I will publicly say ,( even though they did not see the second or first pm..LOL) that I am a Dumb As* and had the wrong supplier mixed up with you. .:oops::oops::oops:


I AM SORRY.. Honestly...(on the adapter thing...I made two orders the same day.. and I thought it was from you... TUCKING MY TAIL NOW...
Honestly I am so sorry... (I hate it when I do ..... like that...)

But the PM I would like you to reply to was about the Turbos Carts..????
