We thought we mixed up 3 or so orders last week, but I haven't heard from anyone. Maybe, and hopefully, we were wrong If by chance there was a mistake in your order late last week, please contact me via PM here ASAP and we'll get you squared away. We narrowed it to 4 possible order #s but we may have just created an extra shipment on an already shipped order.
I say contact me here because someone told me their ISP was bouncing back their emails to us. We also need to know if anyone who orders does not receive a confirmation email, and an email when it ships with tracking. Some ISPs treat our email domain as spam, and I can only have that corrected if I know which ones are doing that. It's possible that they were unable to contact, but if it did happen the way would thought, it would have affected 3-4 orders and I haven't heard from 1.
Generally email contact yields a faster response. Monday we should have the phone up and running, and it will be on the header of all invoices.
