Help with peach and cream recipe please

I was thinking of trying this recipe.
If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it.
Peachs & Cream:
TFA Bavarian cream - 5%
LA Peach -10%
TFA Sweetener - 4%

Sounds a bit high to me

try

Peach 10%
Cream 3%
It may not even need sweetner but if it does start at 1%

You will need to let it steep 3 - 5 days.

If it's not to your liking in 5 days then adjust.
