Hello everyone,
New member here. I just got a npro 4081 at a gas station -- will probably upgrade at a later date. But here's where I'm confused: the 4081 seems to use cartomizers, with an atty and a cartridge combined. But I see separate atty's for the 4081 sold. How does that work? Do they then sell blank empty cartridges to fit on the end?

What's more economical: buying blank cartomizers, and filling them with juice, or buying an atty and blank cartridges, and filling them up with juice? Many thanks!

Hi and welcome to ECF. Cartridges+ attys give the best vape but can leak. Also the attys need to be cleaned- some have luck with this while others do not. Also there are different levels of quality with the atty world and some can be quite costly but the more expensive ones last longer. Cartomizers were popular but many vapers now switching to clearomizers. When I use a carto+ tank my cartos last approx 2 weeks (80- 90 ml) with light juice and about 9 days (50-60 ml) with dark juice.

Hi Dydst, welcome to he ECF!
I would forget about your atomizers/ cartridge set up, and buy blank cartomizers and a driptip, and buy your own juice to fill up. If you move on to something bigger ( like an eGo battery for eg.) in the future, and you still have RN4081 cartomizers left over, you can still use them with an adaptor.
