Help with RY4

It's been a long time since I've been on here, and it seems like a lot has changed. I've been DIYing my own juices and have pretty much been vaping the same menthol juice for almost two years. It's come to a point where my taste buds are pretty much immune to my juice, and I'm also tired of the whole DIY thing. I think that a switch is long overdue, but there are so many new vendors out there that I don't know where to start.

I tried out a friend's RY4 from KBV, and I liked it a lot. The only problem is that it was a bit too heavy on the tobacco flavor for me. I think that I would prefer to have a predominantly sweet/caramel flavor with just a mild tobacco flavor. I had a batch of caramel tobacco from GV that I remember being good, but that was over two years ago so I can't trust my memory on that one. So now I turn to you all for recommendations. What vendor carries a good RY4 that fits my preferences? I'll be vaping it on a genesis style atty so I'd prefer to have a higher VG juice (if not 100% VG).

I just made finished a batch that is delightful, light, slightly sweet, but have NO clue if it's what you are looking for, it is high VG though.

All ingredients from Wizard Labs:
9ml 90VG/10PG 24mg base
1ml Double RY4 (TFA)
.5ml Strawberry (TFA)

I'm not sure I detect much of any traditional tobacco flavor to it, it's just pleasant and refreshing and delicious, but YMMV.

Haven't thought about adding strawberry to one but that sounds very interesting. I agree about the TPA/TFA double RY4, it's a lot better than any vendor RY4 that i've tried in the past. Not sure if your in to DIY Path77 but there are a couple of RY4 concentrates out there that are really really good.

Just hoping to find a few recommendations on some vendors that make a sweet tobacco juice (heavier on the sweet than on the tobacco flavor) with a thick overall flavor (I tend to not like light lighter stuff and would always order "extra flavor" before I started DIYing).

I don't buy pre-made any more but if I ever did it would be NLV Gold. Sounds exactly like what your looking for.

Heathers Heavenly Vapes - Serendipity,(vanilla, caramel, light coffee and chocolate notes Gandalf (ask for the original Gandalf in the notes). Heathers tobaccos are Naturally Extracted Tobaccos too, not Tobacco Absolute - to me NET's are far preferable and the 100% VG is very clearo friendly. Good luck in your hunt!

if you just want to get a good ry4 that is not heavy in bacco flavouring then give mister-e ry4 a shot and see how it is... its a hard thing to find a good ry4 you like as it is one of the most seeked juices i like and ive tried as many as i can when i go to the vape meets... i too am one that likes the sweet side to it over the high bacco flavour but it does have to have it also... just not over bearing on it... mister-e has lots of other good flavours to pic from but i do like his ry4... good luck and when you find ones you like please let us all know so we can try them also...

Thanks for all the recs. I'll definitely give them a try. A friend also recommended RY4 from want2vape. He said that it's heavy on the caramel and mild on the tobacco. Their ratio is 70/30, but they have an option to buy their RY4 concentrate so that you can mix with whatever base you want. I'll pick some up after the New Year, along with the other recs here, and then report back. Thanks again everyone!

It's not RY4, but dark honey tobacco by Red Tail Vapor (from aroma ejuice) is a sweet one that's not too heavy on the tobacco IMO, but not overpoweringly sweet either. My favorite tobacco flavor.
